First time at Soul Shack Express in Auburn Gresham, Chicago. I ordered the beef short ribs with mac & cheese, sweet potatoes, greens, and cornbread, plus peach cobbler for dessert. The food was solid—comforting, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The peach cobbler could use a little tweaking, but overall, I’d definitely go back.
