Atlanta-based Smalls Sliders, an emerging quick-service concept, filed a lawsuit this week against competitor Smashburger over the look of Smashburger’s logo. The suit, filed December 2 in the U.S.

Smashburger’s recent rebranding efforts are now under legal scrutiny. Smalls Sliders filed a lawsuit against the national burger brand, accusing it of trademark infringement and unfair competition.
