Flood watch in effect for Ohio Valley and surrounding areas

BROOKE COUNTY, W.Va. (WTRF) – The Brooke County Emergency Management Agency has issued a flood watch. The watch is in effect from 4 p.m. to Thursday afternoon. Flash flooding can be caused by excessive rainfall.
